Description

I begin the episode with a brief history of Hermes, then I  discuss the interesting patents and trademarks that Hermes owns, then I conduct my legal analysis on the recent trademark opposition case from the JPO (Japan Patent Office) titled Hermes v. D.Kelly. Lastly,  I discuss a U.S. based Hermes lawsuit titled Hermes International v. John Doe and I end the episode by analyzing how Hermes has been faring amid this Covid-19 pandemic.
