All about fashion upcycling! I begin by defining the relatively novel concept of fashion upcycling, then provide some brief history of the Rolex watch company and some of their interesting patents. Finally, I conduct my legal analysis of the recent Rolex v. La Californienne case regarding reimagined  Rolex watches.
