During World War II, the greatest minds of the 20th century were assembled for the Manhattan Project. The outcome of their experiments, the Atom Bomb, wields nuclear fission equivalent in power to 500 kilotons of TNT. In 1996, a new weapon is released upon the city of Chicago: a night club run by Kenan & Kel. Like its predecessors, Duh Bomb promises sure destruction, horrifying contamination, and over $100 worth of damages.
