Emmi shares with us about her time in Vierumäki in the vocational program and the degree program and how it has impacted her coaching. She also shares why she coaches, her idea of the role of a coach, and how she build relationships with her athletes. We also talk about her core values and her coaching philosophy and how that is changing and evolving. Finally, we break down trust and the environment she wants to create in her team.
