Today's episode features Slavomír Lener, the Ice Hockey Development Manager for the Czech Hockey. With Slavomír we dive into the Come Play Hockey Campaign and the Czech Academy and the practical ideas they are implementing within those programs. We also talk about the importance of developing culture in the Czech Republic and why they started programs such as the Academy and Come Play Hockey. Finally, we talk a look at the type of players and coaches Czech Hockey wants to develop and how they go about doing that.
