This week we welcome on Peter Bolin, a Coach Mentor for Seclerland Hockey Academy in Romania and Hungary. With Peter we chat about his work as a coach mentor and how he establishes a mission for the club, changes the coaches behavior and works with the members of the club. We also explore the idea of giving feedback to our players based on their behaviors as well as the various types of behaviors.
