This week we welcome on our Communications Instructor and local theater director Salla Aas to talk about communication and interaction as coaches. We dive into important areas such as nonverbal communication and how that makes up 94-96% of communication. We also talk about using the wheel of interaction (find it here: http://bit.ly/woi-tcr) and how we can use that tool as coaches to help manage our interactions. We then talk about assertiveness and communicating with people from other cultures. Finally we finish off the conversation talking about how to deal with “difficult” athletes.
