My name is Heather Banks and I am here with my colleague Heidi Selzler-Bahr and in today’s episode # 66 we have guests, current pre-med student Amelia Qualey, class of 2025 and current pre-PT student Owen Johnson, class of 2024.
The focus of our episode today is on our two Volunteer programs, the Mayo Clinic Caring Hands program that Amelia is a part of and the Parkinson Exercise class which Owen is a part of. Amelia and Owen are going to talk about how they got involved, the training they received and what the commitment of the volunteer program looks like.
