This week, I had the chance to interview the amazing pianist Kevin Bales. Kevin is a world-class pianist known for his work as a leader and in partnership with musicians such as Bunky Green, Rene Marie, Gordon Vernick, and Marcus Printup in addition to many others. In addition to his incredible skills as a performer, Kevin is also an accomplished educator. He maintains a thriving private teaching studio in Atlanta and has taught at Georgia State University since 2005 and at the University of North Florida before that.
