In this episode of the podcast I get to chat with Stephen Garland from the Irish Canna Clinic who recently organised a series of talks entitled "Medical Cannabis Demystified". in collaboration with the UCD Students Union and SSDP "Students for Sensible Drug policy" Stephen also suffers with PPMS (Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis) which is a 'No Treatment, No Cure' form of MS. He received his diagnosis in 2016 and after learning of another man with MS who was going to Russia for a stem cell transplant and a treatment called HSCT. He started a fund raiser and in 2017 he received his transplant. Stephen was a person who consumed cannabis before his diagnosis and he didn't realise the benefits it would bring him until he started suffering from his condition. He is starting the talks again on the 3rd of February and they will continue every Wednesday evening from 7.30pm with different guests from the Cannabis world. The first talk on the 3rd will feature Graham De Barra and myself. I hope you enjoy the interview and don't forget to support the show by giving it a share so others can view it.
Much love, stay blazed and keep her lit.
