Micro Excerpt from the show : There is a powerful quote in Anne Frank's " The diary of a young girl" - “People can tell you to keep your mouth shut, but that doesn't stop you from having your own opinion.”Have you ever been told to keep your mouth shut , may be not in those specific rude words but in a polite way .Please don't breathe a word, Keep mum, please keep it under's one own hat.As a shy and introverted from past I have heard various version of it and had stayed quite , fearful or just plain shy to express myself. But it definitely never stopped me of not having an opinion. It just gave me motivation to learn to overcome my fear of expressing myself and be better communicator.
