In this episode, Shawn discussed how to estimate the rehab cost for a rental property. If you're looking to add a property to your portfolio as a buy and hold, instead of a full rehab and resell, the renovation numbers look different. Rentals don't typically need as much work, and when they do, it's not the same kind of work as a traditional sale. Listen in to see how Shawn estimates these rental rehabs compared to his resell rehabs.
