Today we're starting our first book discussion with Traction by Gino Wickman! Initially we were going to do the whole book in one episode, but after we hit almost 1 hour and only 1 chapter discussed, we realized we'll have to take it a little slower. So this will be the start of a series discussing the book instead! We'll discuss 1-2 chapters every week of our company's seminal text. Shawn read this book (and regularly re-reads it) before any of us started working with him and he set up our company by the guidelines Wickman set out. We're so excited to be able to discuss this together and we hope you enjoy the conversation too!
Shawn Bowen has been a real estate investor since 2010. Right now he mostly does wholesaling, but he's also worked on new construction, rehabs, lending, buy and holds, rentals, and creative financing.
