Today we’re continuing our series on finding deals and building lists! Over the next few weeks we’ll discuss the pros and cons of various list building options for new and existing wholesalers. We’ll tell you about our experiences and whether or not we’ve had success. But remember, just because we do something, doesn’t mean it will work for everyone. Today’s topic is building lists from courthouses! We’ve had a lot of success using tax delinquent, code violations, probate, and eviction lists from the courthouses. They aren’t always the easiest to get, but definitely worth the trouble, especially for new wholesalers who have less money and more time!
Shawn Bowen has been a real estate investor since 2010. Right now he mostly does wholesaling, but he's also worked on new construction, rehabs, lending, buy and holds, rentals, and creative financing.
