When we say Driving for Dollars, we mean physically driving around neighborhoods looking for distressed houses. But you can't just go wherever you want. To make the most of your time, look up neighborhoods and plan driving routes ahead of time. By doing this you're creating a completely unique list based on your specific qualifications and showing yourself you're ready for business!
Shawn Bowen has been a real estate investor since 2010. Right now he mostly does wholesaling, but he's also worked on new construction, rehabs, lending, buy and holds, rentals, and creative financing.
