Let's talk about Joint Ventures. Shawn will take you through the good, the bad, and the ugly of them. We've had some amazing success with JVs in the past, but we have also gotten burned on them. They can be super helpful when you're new and don't really know your way around the REI world. They're so versatile and can say fit any situation, for example if you already have a buyer and a seller, you can talk to someone about walking you through the process for a percentage of the deal!
Shawn Bowen has been a real estate investor since 2010. Right now he mostly does wholesaling, but he's also worked on new construction, rehabs, lending, buy and holds, rentals, and creative financing.
