Real Estate is a relationship business. One of the best things you can do is cultivate relationships with your buyers. This starts with the vetting process and goes all the way through closing multiple deals. Find out what your buyers are looking for and search for that too. Don't be so greedy. Sometimes it's better to make a little less on a deal now and do 5-10 more deals with your buyer later, than to make more money on this specific wholesale fee. And finally, do good business. Real Estate is a small world and people definitely talk. All of this is why it's so important to be open and honest with your buyers and build a good foundation for a lasting relationship.
