Today we're talking NC basics (New Construction NOT North Carolina)! New Construction deals aren't like your basic wholesale deals, a little more work has to go into them. Is the lot the right size, does it have water/sewer, can the lot be subdivided? The list goes on! This may all seem a little complicated, but once you know you know, and we'll walk you through how to find the info you need for your specific city!
