Our Sunday Strategy Sessions are the least structured of all of our meetings. This is the chance to really dig in deep and ask all those random questions about real estate investing. After all, there's no judgement in brainstorming! We like to look at these as mastermind sessions, while Shawn will lead and answer questions, the participants will ultimately decide on the flow of the talk and where it goes.
Shawn Bowen has been a real estate investor since 2010. Right now he mostly does wholesaling, but he's also worked on new construction, rehabs, lending, buy and holds, rentals, and creative financing.
