In this episode Jacob will walk you through the house for his first rehab project! He'll explain his plans, how his numbers work, and the super creative financing that allowed this to happen. This is a really big project he's taken on for his first rehab, it needs roughly $70,000 worth of work and will take about 4-5 months. The project officially started in June and should run through September/October of 2020, so we're going to keep checking in with him throughout the summer to see what progress he's made.
