Olivia helps brands in China understand how to reach consumers on social media and help them to develop strategies and content to grow awareness, build trust and increase conversions.   

Specializing in social media marketing, Olivia has been working in agencies in China for the past 5 years, most recently in Ogilvy’s Shanghai office. Today she runs her own boutique marketing agency based in Shanghai working with SME’s to launch and execute social media marketing strategy and large corporations to train teams on China marketing trends.  

Many interesting subjects were explored such as Taobao and TikTok dominance, how cultures can impact the way people consume, the diferente consuming habits between Chinese market and Western markets, and much more.
