This segment we interview Marshall Grier a Passaic New Jersey native and captain of the 1982-83 state championship football team. Marshall spent 13 years as an educator in the Passaic New Jersey Education System. During his tenure as Passaic High Basketball Coach, Marshall took his team to its first Group State Basketball Championship at the school since 1929 and was a three time recipient of “Coach of the year“, Marshall was instrumental in securing scholarships for 48 of the 54 seniors he coached.Marshall took his talents as a basketball player to The USBL's Connecticut Skyhawk where his regular season average of 21.6 points and was seventh highest in the league.
