We've all been through something.
We alllllll have a story to tell.
Each of us are grace cases, having been blessed in spite of our wrongs and our shortcomings.
Yet, here we are, still standing.
Still breathing.
Still blessed with the opportunity to see and experience another day that wasn't promised.
That said, we can't pay for the grace we've received, but we can certainly do our very best to show our appreciation of it.
We can show up each day and give our best effort to do what we're able in order to be loving and kind.
To use our gifts for good.
To do the work and heal from any brokenness.
To do our best to not return to things that we were once entangled in.
To not repeat yesterday's decisions that may not have been the best ones to have made in the first place.
Because when we know better, we do better.
Or at least, we should.
That being said, just as a student who may have received a scholarship to go away to school and who's expected to show their appreciation and gratitude by doing their best, returning home with the degree they went there to earn... same with us.
We're on scholarship daily.
And to be mindful of that could make all the difference in the way that we spend our time, energy, thoughts, and efforts. Listen to this episode to hear more on that!
