In recent celebrity news, Tiffany Haddish shaved her hair off live on social media. In this episode, I share my experience with doing the same. I discuss how recently shaving my long thick hair off was an outward expression of an inward revival. More than letting go of the daily struggle of maintaining my previously beautiful, long, thick, difficult to manage tresses, this action symbolized my release, my letting go of stressful, difficult people and situations that no longer benefited or served my best interests. On that day (which happened to not only be National Women's Day, but also Daylights Savings Time Day where we traditionally say we're "Springing Forward"), I made the decision to choose peace, choose joy, choose love, choose light, choose ease... over frustration, confusion, and unnecessary struggle.
