Dricus du Plessis is the EFC middleweight and welterweight champion. He has also held the welterweight belt in KSW, the largest promotion in Europe, and has since been offered a UFC contract. I had a great time chatting to Dricus as the conversation flowed from the mental side of fighting to his parents and upbringing.
