Controlling our thoughts and controlling our mind. The mind is the foundation of life. There is never a moment we do not create thoughts Thoughts never stop in fact. We can wither have less or excessive thgouhts. We may overthink and question over and over again. Our thought do slow and become less when we are asleep and when we are in a form of awareness and meditation.

What’s important to understand about our thoughts is that each thought we create, creates feelings, health, relationships and ultimately created the environment for which we cultivate.
