Today's meditation is from *📗 Psalm 74* and is titled *Arise oh God & Defend your cause! 🛡️⚔️*.
This is a Psalm of Asaph, where he sings a lament after the Jerusalem temple has been destroyed by Babylonians. He goes from despair to hope as he remembers the covenant promises of God!
