Eric is an MC from Baltimore who keeps true lyricism and story telling at the forefront of his music. He joins the show this week on episode 172 to talk about the importance of music in his life and why telling those stories drives him to go further each day! He talked about the growth that came from his 2022 album “Found A Way” as he created a more polished and well rounded project compared to his first mixtape “Live From Apartment 22” in 2019. This was an important stepping stone to show his growth both personally and as an artist and give him more to strive for with future releases. He also touched on what it’s like to be able to stay true to himself and attract the right listeners by doing things his way as opposed to chasing many of the trends and ever changing landscape of social media.
