If you want more clarity in what you are really trying to accomplish, morning pages is for you.  This specific type of journaling has blown my mind, and in this episode, I tell you exactly how and why I've been doing this over the past few weeks and the changes it's making.  I urge you to try this for at least a week.  If you do you'll quickly realize how much gunk and toxic garbage we have in our thoughts, holding us back, and causing fear of failure.  Feedback?  Ideas?  Email me at teacheranswers@gmail.com.
