Tamara is the CEO of Real Global. She has more than twenty years experience in international education and training, and designs intercultural and leadership programs to help organizations better navigate the complexities of a global economy.
Currently she serves as the president of SIETAR-Europa, where she and Bastian make a ruckus together.
We talked about her path to be doing what she is doing today, what and who shaped her, and her approach to learner centric educational programme design that she is so successful in implementing today.
