Eileen is one of ten siblings and knows what it is like to collaborate in a group yet remain individual. She has always lived an intercultural life: firstly, as someone of Chinese ancestry growing up in Canada, and secondly, through living and working professionally in different countries. She is currently an executive coach working with corporate leaders on their personal effectiveness to create meaningful change for themselves, their relationships and their environment. Past experience includes auditing, banking, recruitment consulting, business development, and board positions for SIETAR Polska. Her sights are now set on shifting into the third sector to create better relations and outcomes for communities.
