What is balance really? I find that the term is so often misused. Society uses it as a way to keep up old habits or bad habits that they’re not quite ready to get rid of. However, being balanced is more about caring for your body and providing what it needs. I want to challenge you to start creating balance in a way that will protect your body and your energy.
