Description

After talking about this topic on and off for a few episodes, I finally dug deep into the topic and sat with my own resistance. Especially since I hit a wall last week and was unable to record Friday's episode. By taking the time and space needed to do this, I finally came up with 4 ways to start moving past the resistance.
