In session 4, the panel was joined by special guest Chad Ellis (Gillionville Baptist, Albany). We discussed dealing with internal stress and discouragement as pastors. We also discussed how plans (and expectations) are changing, risks of returning too soon, and the relevance of plans for small churches. Great call!
