I sit down with licensed counselor and sport psychology consultant, Adrienne Langelier. She shares her experience of growing up in running and soccer until she eventually started running professionally after college. She also shares how this led her into the field of sport psychology and counseling. She combines her running experience with her work experience as a counselor and sport psych to provide athletes with ways to improve performance and overcome things such as sports performance anxiety.
