In this episode I talk about sleep, why it's important and how to prioritize it in your fitness and health journey.  One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is thinking that more exercise will get them to their goals and they do this even if they have to sacrifice a significant amount of sleep.  While it is true, you can sacrifice some sleep and still hit your weight loss goal but what you will sacrifice in the long term may not be quite worth it.
