Should you train to failure?  Failure is commonly where it is thought that the most muscle damage occurs and therefore the biggest opportunity to build muscle and strength lies.  However, you can be pretty far away from failure and actually progress without the recovery cost of failure training that could interfere with consistency and keep you from supporting your health with consistent exercise behaviors over time.  In this episode I talk about what I feel are the biggest trade offs for training to failure and a couple of ways to implement it without taking away from progress.
