Description

Going from 0-60 minutes in your exercise routine is physically possible. You CAN do it, but that doesn't mean that you have to.  The goal of the 10-minute workout is to accomplish a few things.

1. Build consistency, confidence and motivation with a simple framework that allows you to accumulate days of exercise.

2. Create a singular focus toward your goal by limiting the amount of things you have to do in a day so that you can see progress.

3. Build progress that you can see over time as you inch forward toward your goal.

So instead of going from nothing to 60 minutes/day. Start with 10-minutes, make that consistent as hell and keep taking action toward your goals.
