We’re all busy and often feel like we have more going on in the day than we can handle. This can feel overwhelming and the easy thing to do in to back off, do less and run away from the stress of everything you have going on. Or, you can lean into it! In this episode I briefly talk about leaning into your busy life not by taking on more but attacking the things you do have going on with structure and a plan. Get through the tough season and learn and accomplish some new things and see the results from making a short term push toward a long term result.
