Description

The term ableism seems like a new buzzword but in reality it is the type of discrimination faced by disabled people on a daily basis. From work to education and socialising to relationships disabled people are at a perceived disadvantage in the eyes of society. Sassy Wyatt sits down with Ellie Askew; a visually impaired demisexual female to talk about the ableism she has faced in her own life.
Don’t worry though, it’s not all heavy stuff, we talk about waze to be less ableist, more inclusive, and some of the blind adventures we’ve been on together.
