Description

In this episode, spoke to Lucy Sheridan, about White Women and White supremacy. Inspired by Leyla Saad’s blog post, ‘I need to talk to Spiritual White women about race - which was initially brought to my attention via Lucy’s Instagram.

Layla Saad sets the premise of calling ‘white people in’ for these types of conversations instead of ‘calling them out,’ as there is a great deal of learning and healing that can be done.

We talked about;

Complicity within White Supremacy (Keeping it cute and mute)
White Privilege
White women in spiritual work and teaching
Munroe Bergdorf and L’Oreal
The Generational Wound of racism
Diversity

Plus much more

This is a conversation that I have wanted to have forever and so I’m so grateful for Lucy contributing her time to the podcast.

Lucy Sheridan is based in Brighton and is the world’s first and only comparison coach.
