Ina shares how to restructure different beliefs and ideas around money. As we discuss the 5 Types of Money, we discover the different financial blocks that hold us back. According to Ina, how we view money is often an indicator of how we view ourselves. As we explore the concept of the "Money Shadow", we find that many people struggle with the notion that money is "bad". There are many triggers that people struggle with around making money (or lack thereof).
But, as we discover, money is abundant and there is plenty to go around! When we let go of our self-limiting beliefs, we begin to create a healthy realationshp with money.
