Suranjana Ghosh is a Marketing and Communications specialist, based in Mumbai, India. In a career spanning close to 18 years, she has worked across several multinational brands like L'Oréal, Kellogg, BBC and CNBC-TV18. At the age of 18 she was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma and a malignant tumour in her left knee. She went through four years of treatment, undergoing several cycles of chemotherapy and four surgeries, culminating eventually in an above knee amputation of her left leg, at the age of 22. Two decades later, Suranjana is fit and lives a life without any compromises. She believes resilience and strength come from gratitude and humility. She hopes to use her own example to motivate others to never let their circumstances define or diminish them.
