Description

What does it take to lead her team to a State Championship in high school? Or play two sports in college? Be a two-time Pac-12 Women's Basketball 1st-Team All-Conference selection at Oregon State? Or be drafted 25th overall in the WNBA?  Mikayla Pivec is here to share her incredible journey and tell you what it takes. In part, an incredible support system, a phenomenal work ethic, and never giving up. Mikayla was pushed by her incredible sister and owes a lot to her father who she called selfless, who did whatever it took to make sure his two girls as a #girldad had the best possible opportunities and experiences life had to offer.

Remember, your voice matters when fighting systemic racism. Read a   book, acknowledge your white privilege, watch a movie about    institutional racism, call your local or state representatives, and/or   have a conversation with someone that doesn't look like you so that we   can change the economic, educational, police, housing, and prison   narratives that currently need to be changed in this country.

Mad Props to Natty White the founder of Moolahkicks.com. The First   Women’s Basketball Sneaker Brand. Sneaker drop will be in May of 2021.   Moolah represents like MONEEEEEY as if to give a positive nod to the   street culture of basketball which often gets a negative rap and the   fact that more money should be dedicated to girls, women, and in this   case, women's basketball kicks.

Please mask up if you haven't had the vaccine, remember black lives matter, stop Asian hate, it takes a village, and until next time...peace...
