Laura Meyer first entered the restaurant industry in 2006 at the young age of 16. She began working alongside Tony Gemignani right from the beginning in which he quickly became her mentor. At 22 Laura took on the Kitchen Manager role and transitioned into the Head Chef and head pizza maker position. In 2013 Laura entered the pizza in the pan competition division in Parma, Italy and went on to win first place as the first female and the fist American to win this category.
Leah Scurto is an award-winning pizza chef and a 7-year member of the United States Pizza Team. She has won multiple awards for cooking pizza. The most recent was a 2nd place finish in December 2019 at The West Coast Pizza Cup in San Diego with The Old Grey Beard pizza. In 2018 she took 1st place at the United States Pizza Cup with her Mush-A-Roni Grandma Style pan pizza. This win earned her a trip to the 2019 World Pizza Championships in Parma, Italy. There she competed in three different competitions finishing 13th in the world in the Pizza a Due competition.
