When you are looking at leadership differently you must remember that leadership is a God-given grace that not everyone possesses. You may have a position of leadership but that doesn't guarantee that you have the gift. This is why we have many problems in government, schools, businesses and even churches that go unresolved. How can one know if they have this leadership gift? One of the best ways is by comparing our character, values and practices to the godly leaders in the bible/ Today's teaching is looking at Nehemiah's leadership values and the courage it took to maintain them. #paulheidtministries
