Welcome to the first minisode!!! I will be doing minisodes throughout the podcast to give listeners a quick pick me up before they start their day. In this minisode, I focus on how to tackle feelings of being overwhelmed about your job, schoolwork, family, friends, and your everyday to-do list. Life can become so crazy and sometimes we just need to take a minute to take a deep breath, brain dump, ask for help, remove distractions, accept a pass, and time block our schedule. Enjoy these 6 tips for when you are feeling like you can't do everything at once!
