Traditionally when it comes to horse riding the way we improve is by practising on the horse

But what if there was another way that you could do this?

But it can make a huge difference to your riding, working around the yard and general fitness

What's more, is that you don't need to spend hours in the gym to see the benefits

Some of these benefits include

More stamina while riding

More balanced riding

Improved posture

Strengthen weaker muscles

Better protection of joints

Recovery from injuries old or new

All of these can be done at home or in a gym so if it is something that you have been thinking about for a while, now it's your time to do it! Remember this isn't going to just benefit you, it will also be good for your horse because they can feel any of these imbalances and will compensate for them too!
