So today I was a bit stuck for an idea for the podcast but I decided to hit record and see what happened, and this is the result!

I talk about the importance of structuring your day and how it can really help you achieve your goals. 

How important rest is when you are doing this and not to forget it. 

That we are so busy being go go go that we forget the reflect on how far we have come. It can really change your perspective when you take some time to look back and see how far that you've come.

And a little about how to put systems in place to stop you procrastinating if this something that you struggle with.
