As we come to the end on the year its nice to look back on the goals we set at the start of the year
Or did you set any?
Today I go through a few goals that I set at the start of the year and whether or not I reached them.
I also look at how some weren't really measurable so how can I know when I got to them which I think is a trap that we all can fall into.
